This hub keeps EURtracker's customer-facing legal and policy information in one place. The signed customer agreement, Data Processing Agreement and documented production configuration govern the actual service relationship.
EURtracker's final Terms of Service will identify the contracting entity, subscription terms, account responsibilities, acceptable use, customer content ownership, service changes, termination, liability limits and governing law. Until the contracting company is established and the commercial terms are finalised, this page should not be treated as the final customer contract.
EURtracker documents the intended controller/processor model, data minimisation, subprocessors, international transfer considerations, retention and human review of AI-assisted reporting.
The production customer agreement should include an Article 28 GDPR Data Processing Agreement covering processing instructions, confidentiality, security measures, subprocessors, assistance obligations, deletion/return of data and audit information. The DPA must reflect the exact production configuration used for the customer.
The first public EURtracker website is designed without advertising or marketing cookies. The application may use strictly necessary authentication or security storage required to sign users in and maintain their session. If analytics, marketing or other optional tracking is added later, the cookie notice and consent model must be updated before activation.
EURtracker does not currently act as a Peppol Access Point, transmit invoices through the Peppol network, or claim Peppol certification. Peppol and e-invoicing requirements are documented as part of the wider EU/public-sector operating context. Any future invoice or Peppol integration will be described separately when it is actually implemented.
The Trust Center describes the current security model and the compliance page documents the core providers used by EURtracker. Contract-specific subprocessor, region and retention information should be frozen against the actual production environment.
